Responsibilities:
- Support smartphones and applications (iOS, Android, Blackberry, and Windows)
- Support Apple tablets
- Provision and setup new devices
- Troubleshoot one on one with all levels of associates including executives
- Develop support documentation for other IT team members
- Develop end user support documentation for the various devices
- Provide training to end users and other technicians in using mobile devices
- Understand and support Bluetooth devices
- Provide continuous process and training improvement ideas to reduce the number of helpdesk tickets
- Experience in mobile device support
- Understanding of provisioning, programming, management, and support of iOS, Android, Windows Mobile and Blackberry devices
- Knowledge of MDM solutions (XenMobile, Airwatch, etc.)
- Experience with mobile phones
- Experience with tablets ( iOS, Android, Windows)
- Customer service experience working with people with varying levels of device and application knowledge
- Proficient communication skills, writing skills and organizational skills
