The site in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars. The plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. This site cooperates with Valeo Research and Development Centers across Europe working on new projects.

Metalization Process Engineer
Location: ChrzanówMission:
- Maintain and control the equipment supply, functioning and maintenance procedures;
- Installation of new devices, its adjustments and regulation;
- Secure proper and optimal work of all essential devices included in production process.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely inspections of machines and tools;
- Time monitoring of the machine cycle and ensuring the operation of machines in accordance with standards;
- Repair of mechanical components (mainly satellites);
- Proper work instructions;
- Analysis of production process based on PDCA FTA methodology;
- Implement Plant industrial plan / prepare the engineering investments;
- Cooperate with supervisors to organize production process in order to meet quality and efficiency requirements
Requirements:
- Masters degree in engineering (Mechanical or similar);
- Experience in process area;
- Knowledge of metalization process and experience in applying coatings using the PEPVD method will be an asset;
- Experience in solving mechanical problems;
- Basic knowledge of electronics / electrical engineering;
- Knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing;
- Practical knowledge of FMEA, SPC, PDCA, JIT, Kanban, Kaizen, AutoCAD;
- Very good English skills;
- Teamwork spirit and customer orientation.
