Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company is a global leader in designing, developping and manufacturing medical devices. Using their experience in advanced molding and assembly they have become a very important player in the field of medical devices, primary pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery and commercial markets. ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a line engineer you will mainly be responsible for increasing the commercial production process, focussing on process robustness and process reliability. You will be advising production on technical improvements for different kings of equipments. You will be supporting production in the implentation of the different solutions you propose. You will achieve this by working together with production support and Engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- the initiation and monitoring of the improvement of different production processes
- the support in different possible situations of production problems
- the leading of process related customer complaints
- Initiate and drive quality improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- Master in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in process engineering in a Medical Devices company
- Experience with GMP
- Knowledge of statistical methods for process evaluation
- Project management experience and team playing experience
