Master Data Systems Production Manager (Subject Matter Expert)

•Coordinate the day to day activities of production teams or personally execute pipelines, to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet stakeholder requirements.
•Becomes a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all deliverables supported and be able to advise team members and stakeholders on the best approach to deal with any challenges encountered.
•To work closely with scrum development teams, agile operations and Business unit stakeholders to ensure new capabilities are seamlessly integrated with no impact in existing deliverables.
•Collaborate with local country teams and offshore hubs to drive process improvement and standardization across all pipelines
Principal accountabilities:
•Establishes and maintain a work schedule to provide appropriate cover on the Real Data Factory (RDF) platform for all countries supported.
•Maintain and enhance Knowledge Management and training procedures for existing team members and new starters so that all processes supported have appropriate levels of cover.
•Performs ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes with the objective of generating continuous improvements.
•Ensures that all newly-developed products can be supported by the team and have best practice quality assurance procedures in place.
•Serve as a secondary escalation point for directing and resolving exceptions and complex client queries.
•Provide direct support to client facing teams, business line initiatives or 3rd parties who may have questions about the RDF system
•Manage personal and team workload and complete all tasks by agreed timelines or put mitigation plans to be put in place.
•Respond in a highly professional manner to all challenges, wherever possible diagnosing the root causes or liaising with relevant internal staff to ensure timely resolutions.
•Support the documentation of new production processes, quality processes and test results using globally recognized standards.
Qualifications:
•Experience of managing teams of analysts spread across multiple locations
•Proven analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
•Ability to communicate complex challenges succinctly to stakeholders with limited technical expertise avoiding technical jargon.
•Excellent spoken and written English
•Ability to work on own initiative and to work under pressure.
•Previous experience in the healthcare sector and using SQL to extract data an advantage.
