Responsibilities:
- Primary business point of contact for master data setup & maintenance, including consultation on strategies to speed data collection and improve data quality
- Manage the end-to-end master data setup process including follow-up and escalation to meet Service Level Agreements
- Ensure application of global master data and business specific governance during the master data creation process
- Follow-up with cycle time delays and/or coordinate activities required to complete material set-up in a timely manner
- Develop expertise on data governance and setup processes
- Expert in master data create/maintain. Includes data cleansing after migration
- Train/consult functional data providers to support master data collection process
- Maintain business group workflow/routing configuration information
- Provide reports to assigned business team to enable end-to-end process visibility
- Identification of opportunities to improve data quality & reduce cycle time
Must have:
- Bachelor´s degree or higher from an accredited university or 2-3 equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations and/or IT
- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
- Collaborative Team player
- Analytical
- Able to communicate effectively in English
Nice to have:
- 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
- Additional Foreign Language skills
- Previous experience working with SAP
- Previous experience working with data quality, master data management and/or data governance within a global master data environment or familiarity working with Supply Chain processes and data, manufacturing or materials management preferred but not required.
