Marketing Manager CEE (m/f) - Consumer Healthcare
Marketing Manager CEE will drive the marketing strategy in the CEE region to ensure organisational objectives are met. In particular, this person will be accountable for brand positioning, new product launches, pricing strategy, channel strategy and consumer related activities in the designated area.

Our Client is one of the leading consumer healthcare company with a distinctive portfolio of innovative products distributed via specialist retailers. For last several dozen of years company has expanded its operations to over 100 countries, achieved significant market position and has strong presence in Europe. Due to dynamic growth, we are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial, well-seasoned marketer for a position of Marketing Manager CEE reporting directly to a Board Member.
Description
- Creating and implementing marketing strategy in the CEE region
- Collecting, analysing and activating market insights including: brand equity indicators, market data and trends, consumer insights and customer shopping journey
- Developing, monitoring and reviewing budgets for annual sales of all products
- Evaluating competitive trends and market dynamics for each country in CEE
- Measuring and improving ROI of the marketing activities by working closely with local product managers
- Serving as the key interface with global marketing team and other supporting functions and ensuring CEE inputs and requirements are represented strongly at EMEA level
- Collaborating with local teams on private label strategy, where needed
Profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferentially in marketing, economics and/or business management
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing in a multinational company, including regional responsibility in CEE or other emerging markets
- Proven track record in management of brands having both consumer and healthcare professional touchpoints
- Self-motivated individual with ability to challenge status quo and drive major changes
- Team oriented, persuasive personality with strong influencing and problem solving skills
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must
- Strong analytical mindset with capacity of strategic business planning and decision making
- Excellent communication and presentations aptitudes
- Ability to lead diverse teams in a highly matrix organisation
