THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Netherlands.
My client is an international and professional organisation, acting as leader in the market of flower breeding. The position is based in the Netherlands.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be the breeding specialist with the necessary knowledge of the market.
You will be supporting the breeders as well as the sales department.
Advising clients and improving breeding methods and coordinating the breeding tasks.
Streamlining and modernizing the breeding processes by, for example, introducing new methods and techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication is key in this role as you will be talking with many different players throughout the entire breeding and sales process.
Taking result-oriented actions whilst collaborating with different departments.
Using your analytical mindset to plan new breeding projects and the sale thereof.
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 10 years of experience in the field of flower breeding;
- Knowledge of the different varieties and the qualities of the flowers;
- Understanding of diseases and the combat thereof;
- Speak the Dutch and English language.
