ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Manufacturing Manager you will take on a leading role within the production by ensuring that the manufacturing processes are of high quality and that they are carried out with a great efficiency. Therefore, the goal of your work is to combine a focus on customer satisfaction with the drive to reduce overall costs. The Manufacturing Manager will lead a team of 30 employees and is responsible for the development and control of the team members. Additional to the maintenance and the improvement of current processes, you will also optimize the productivity through different actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading of a manufacturing team consisting of 30 employees
- Ensuring quality and quantity of produced items
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Reducing costs
- Optimize production processes

- Reporting and documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Apprenticeship / university degree in a technical field
- Several years of experience in a leading position within manufacturing
- SAP-Knowledge
- Experience in productivity-enhancement
