For our Client, international company, the world’s leader in industrial sector we are currently seeking for Manufacturing Manager – Production Managerlocated in Gdańsk.
Manufacturing Managerwill be responsible for all operational activitiesin the production plant. In this role Candidate will plan, direct, and coordinateall aspects of production activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources and equipment. Additionally Candidate will drive continuous improvementssolutions and implement operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems. Manufacturing Managerwill effectively leadand develop manufacturing team to ensure all the accountabilities are metand will drive compliances within HSE.
The ideal Candidate should have 7 yearsof proven track record of managing operations process in a complex, multi-process manufacturing environment.We are looking for a Candidate well familiar with manual assembly production, continuous process improvement procedures (Lean, Kaizen) and excellent English silks. Engineering degreein the relevant field as well as strong leadership and people skills (vision setting; goal-directing; motivational processes)are a must.
