In reference of the continuous development of one of our clients, an international producer of the roof systems for automotive industry, OTTO HR Solutions is looking for the candidates interested in the job offer:
Main responsibilities:
Preparation of calculations (process and equipment) for pricing of new products, applications and/or change to existing products
Participation in the project group that prepares a new product and design
Determination of process design and translation of product to process parameters
R@R (process qualifications and specifications)
Provide, modify and control product documentation for production
Ensure optimal capability of processes, improving the process flow and equipment
Support of feasibility analyses and development of new processes
Initiation of process FMEA and participation in FMEA’s product
Participation in 8D and problem solving
Setting, monitor and evaluation of process parameters (capability study)
Participation for machine troubleshooting
Specification and evaluation of material and product packaging
Co-operation with Control Plan maintenance
Co-operation with measurement system analyses and evaluation
Requirements:
Higher technical education (production management, mechanical engineering)
Several years of experience in the automotive industry, proven achievements in production optimization, strong mechanical knowledge
Language skills: fluency in Polish and very good knowledge of English, communicative knowledge of German will be an asset
Proficiency in using technical documentation
Pro-active attitude, teamwork
Flexibility
Openess to learn new processes and to reside abroad from 6 months up to 1 year in the Netherlands for the training purposes
