Main responsibilities:
• Preparation of calculations (process and equipment) for pricing of new products, applications and/or change to existing products
• Participation in the project group that prepares a new product and design
• Determination of process design and translation of product to process parameters
• R@R (process qualifications and specifications)
• Provide, modify and control product documentation for production
• Ensure optimal capability of processes, improving the process flow and equipment
• Support of feasibility analyses and development of new processes
• Initiation of process FMEA and participation in FMEA’s product
• Participation in 8D and problem solving
• Setting, monitor and evaluation of process parameters (capability study)
• Participation for machine troubleshooting
• Specification and evaluation of material and product packaging
• Co-operation with Control Plan maintenance
• Co-operation with measurement system analyses and evaluation
Requirements:
• Higher technical education (production management, mechanical engineering)
• Several years of experience in the automotive industry, proven achievements in production optimization, strong mechanical knowledge
• Language skills: fluency in Polish and very good knowledge of English, communicative knowledge of German will be an asset
• Proficiency in using technical documentation
• Pro-active attitude, teamwork
• Flexibility
• Openess to learn new processes and to reside abroad from 6 months up to 1 year in the Netherlands for the training purposes
