Your new role
This is an unique career opportunity that will offer you possibility to manage and develop company’s office in PoznaĹ„. The Candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling the work and resources of the company to ensure that it achieves its mission and objectives, overseeing recruitment and development of staff to retain optimal motivation and retention as well as providing strategic advice and guidance to the Chairman and the Board. Creating sales strategy, preparing, gaining acceptance and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximised and that fixed costs are minimised and co-creating of a product strategy are also part of this role.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a strong sales/marketing background, proven track record in medium to senior level general or commercial management, preferably in related industry (Information Technology-related, Software House), wide knowledge of the IT industry and understanding of financial management and general management principles and techniques. High level of commercial awareness and experience in drawing up and approving budgets and monitoring their implementation are necessary. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is a must.
