For our Client, a leading producer and supplier of full range of products for roads construction and civil engineering we are looking for a Candidate for the position:

Managing Director / Board Member

Work place: wielkopolskie

Key responsibilities:

• Overall management of an organisation,
• Bringing in innovations and expansions,
• Responsible for the day-to-day business of a company,
• Establishment and maintenance of positive employee relations and support of extended Management Team in people management,
• Responsible for ensuring the achievement of business goals,
• Responsible for validation and redefinition of the strategic orientation of the company and the removal of obstacles to success,
• Responsible for maintain relations with existing clients,
• Management of Project Development, Management of Cost & Quality, Planning, Budgeting and Controlling,
• Maintain the relations with the Clients, the Partners and the Subcontractors,
• Responsible for prioritizing resources to ensure achievement of short-term and long-term business goals.

Expectations:

• Master degree in: civil engineering (roads / railways / bridges / waste / storm water engineering) or economy or law,
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills,
• Outstanding ability to organize team work and create team spirit,
• Strong leadership abilities counterbalanced with consensus approach in reaching goals,
• Quick and sharp in analytical thinking,
• Innovative and open mind understanding R&D benefits,
• Very good command of IT with emphasis on modern applications of IT in management,
• Good command of finance and accounting issues combined with basic legal elements of running business,
• Good understanding of production/trading organizations with network and project oriented specifics,
• Experience in construction company is an additional advantage,
• Driving license,
• Good Command of computer,
• Foreign languages: fluent Polish, English, other welcomed (German, Russian),
• Willing to travel extensively and work hard.
