THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Drenthe Netherlands.
For a middle sized company in the pharmaceutical industry, I'm currently looking for a Manager Production who will be responsible for the production of +/-50FTE and the implementation of Operational Excellence.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Manager Production for managing 2 production departments. You have a leading role with the implementation of the Continuous Improvement program and have proven record of efficiency improvement and costs- and waste reduction.
You have strong communication skills and now how to motivate to bring the production to an higher level. You will have daily consultation with the Shift Manager to stay up to date about the production and interfere when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Leading Shift Managers, 50FTE
-Directly reporting to the Site Manager
-Maintaining quality standards
-Implementation of Continuous Improvement
-Motivating to bring the production to an higher level
REQUIREMENTS
-Degree in Engineering or something similar
-Proven record in Continuous Improvement
-At least 6 years of experience in management positions
-Highly experienced in the pharmaceutical industry
-Fluently in Dutch and English
