On behalf of our Client, international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for the person for the position of the Manager of administrative team.
The person on this position will be responsible for leading a team of administrative specialists in the Business Support Office and work collaboratively with other Team Managers globally to ensure delivery of key targets. The key role on this position will be providing skilled staff to ensure delivery of administrative activities/projects to time, budget and quality in accordance with customer’s needs. The Manager of administrative team will be accountable for individual and team performance management processes including individual development plans, individual and team performance coaching, recognizing and rewarding staff in line with a strong performance culture and holding regular team meetings. The person on this position will be also take responsibility on a global basis for the definition, delivery and continuous improvement of key global services areas and professional world-class global administration services.
We require from Candidates min. 3 years of experience in administrative or other business service industry as a Team Leader or Team Manager; fluent English, Swedish nice to have and strong insight into administrative tools and processes. Moreover, we seek Candidates with management and delegation skills, positive approach to the challenges of change for self, team and the business, excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills. Preferable Candidate should be a professional and proactive leader and ethical people oriented person.
