Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
For our client, a worldwide organisation in the biotechnology, we are currently looking for a Maintenance manager.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Maintenance manager field planning you will be responsible for leading the Maintenance Field Planning Department and you effectively shape, lead and coach with the objective to prepare and execute the Maintenance- and project planning on Site, professionally, effectively and efficiently, within the current legal regulations and DSM requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be an active member of the Maintenance & Projects MT, co-creating and shaping the direction for the discipline on Site.
* Organize the diverse workflows within Maintenance Field Planning and providing insight into the MFP capacity.
* Initiate and drive improvements in the way of working within Maintenance Field Planning.
* Connect with stakeholders internally and externally to be successful in Maintenance Field Planning in our Manufacturing Organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have an HBO+ (technical) education.
- You have at least 5-10 years work experience in manufacturing
- Good knowledge of the Manufex work processes, the coherence and their interlinks, specifically Maintenance
- Good knowledge of SAP PM
- You show an excellent track record for SHE and SHE behaviour.
- You speak fluent Dutch
