Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Overijssel Netherlands.
Our client is currently looking for a maintenance manager. Our client is a multinational cooperation in the pharmaceutical industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The maintenance manager is responsible for managing all maintenance activities for the site. Improve the short, medium and long-term effectiveness and quality of the technical production equipment, facilities and utilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Liaise closely with the Technology and Engineering group to contribute / execute technical and innovative (capital) projects. Ensure support and participation by the Maintenance department
* Define, propose and implement objectives and best practices within the department
* Follow up, regularly review and improve departmental work methods, procedures and organization
* Develop the long term plan for technical replacements (LRP)
* Communicate to management the results and developments achieved by the department
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree and/or Master degree in technology, engineering or other relevant disciplines.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Process Industry or Packaging industry as a Technical departmental Manager or Project Manager, preferably in a pharmaceutical environment.
