For our Client, one of the world’s largest banking and financial services organizations located in Kraków, we are currently searching for a person interested in the role of Manager – IT Control Testing.
Your new role
As a Manager – IT Control Testing, you will deliver IT controls testing within the CCO Testing Centre of Excellence (COE). On this position you will be responsible for the timely delivery of IT control testing in line with the quarterly and annual testing plans. One of your duties will be applying judgment in relation to the identification and publication of control testing findings through identifying the key risks and issues. You will be responsible for supporting the IT Control Manager in maintaining 'trusted advisor' relationships with internal stakeholders and partnering with 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defence (LOD) including Operational Risk, ISR, Internal Audit etc. on coverage of IT control testing.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful Candidate on this role you need to have good understanding and/or experience in the following: Risk Management, IT Risk qualification (CISM, CISA, CISSP or equivalent). Also, you must have the process assessment experience and you need to have knowledge in IT operational risk management, internal control, or internal audit preferably within a Finance / Banking operations and / or IT Function. You should also demonstrate excellent time management skills. Proficiency in English language speaking and writing skills is required due to work in international environment.
