For our clientone of the fast growing Shared Services in Gdańsk, we are looking for a candidate to join the new Contract AdministrationDepartment.


Your new roleThe CAT Manager has overall responsibility for the team that is reviewing, booking & terminating & lease contracts originated by the Operating Companies in each country across EMEA in accordance with internal policies and processes and external regulation and compliance.

  • Work with the relevant functional teams to activate lease contracts originated by the OpCos within agreed SLAs
  • Ensure that the team is adequately resourced with the correct skills in order to perform the activities. To identify and provide training to the team as required
  • To maintain the departments' processes and controls to ensure that they meet the changing needs of internal and external customers; updated processes and controls to reflect changes in the Group Finance Policy and changes within legal or regulatory compliance
  • Ensure only clean orders that comply with internal policies and procedures are booked and in doing so that the quality of the lease book is maintained and it is not exposed to any non-approved risk
  • To provide weekly and monthly reporting to other functional managers and senior management that identifies how performance levels of the team compare to agreed SLAs
  • To adapt and change processes to meet the development of new products or the entry into new geographical areas.
  • Identify methods for improving processes and controls to make the team more efficient and to further minimise risk.
  • To identify and implement process changes to make the team more efficient
  • Ad hoc management duties – including but not limited to administrative activities (attendance, sickness, holidays), other activities related to the job function including recruitment and career development
  • Provide positive and on-going performance management, provide learning & development opportunities in-line with the overall centre




What you'll need to succeed
  • A strong knowledge of leasing and leasing principles gained from previous leasing leadership roles within the industry (minimum 5 years)
  • Experience developing and managing a team (minimum 5 years) and successfully meeting deadlines and targets
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at a senior level and with different stakeholders
  • External & internal customer focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Able to work under pressure and managing tight deadlines as well as changing circumstances
  • Strong numeracy & excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English C1; other language skills a plus, but not required
  • A high level of literacy with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally with Oracle
