Within 2 years, you will be placed second line to the Managers in the areas like: Quality, Production, Finance, HR/Administration, Planning, Process improvement, Customer service, Supply chain and Engineering.

Responsibilities:
- you will lead key improvement projects in the area assigned and ensuring timelines and results are met
- you will lead cross functional team to drive projects
- you will be a change agent – identifying improvements in the systems and process on the area assigned
- you will also contribute to a positive and energetic environment
- Master with Engineering or Logistics background
- professional experience is not required – you can learn all aspects of business from scratch
- great English skills, verbal and written (B2 level minimum) – must be
- very important: you should have great communication and multitasking skills and be goal-oriented person
- you should have a positive and upbeat personality
- you should operate MS Office package well (SAP is nice to have)
