For our Client - company EME Aero an investment of two global brands - Lufthansa Technik and MTU Aero Engines we are looking now for Facility Maintenance Manager. Location: Jasionka near Rzeszów
Responsibilities:
Manage team in the facility management department, ensure technical performance and value retention of the department, building and building services
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Assures services for production and administration with small building-related modifications
Responsibility for all checks required by law
Responsibility for building documentation
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Contracts and supervises building-related projects
Defines and provides reports and KPIs
Requirements:
Proven experience as maintenance manager in industrial sector ( at least 5 years)
Technical academic background
Very good knowledge of English at least level B2
Very good knowledge of technical aspects, facilities machines and equipment
Good skills on MS Office
Ability to team work and very good interpersonal skills
