Our client is a professional Chemicals organization, based in Netherlands.
My client is a manufacturer of chemical products for industrial application in the life science industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In your role as Maintenance Manager you lead the maintenance department which is responsible for operational maintenance of the installations and other equipment. It is important that you are able to use your knowledge of ERP-systems to analyze, assess and improve work processes. Furthermore, the focus in this position is to administer risks in the production environment. Efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance organisation are important, as a large improvement needs to be realized in this matrix organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using ERP-systems to analyze, assess and improve work processes.
- Managing a total team of 80 maintenance specialists, including 5 'nested' contract professionals.
- Maintaining overall team disciplines by leading and guiding the team.
- Further optimize total maintenance department.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or master degree in technical related study such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 6+ years working experience in a maintenance teamlead position or related.
- Experience in using ERP-systems to optimize organizational processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of RCA's, FMEA's and FMECA's.
