THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional FMCG organization, based in Netherlands.
The organisation is a large organisation consisting of around 400 specialists in total.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In your role as Maintenance Manager you will be driving the team spirit in the maintenance department. This means that you are the main contacting person for all maintenance related aspects, like FMEA and FMECA in combination with equipment reliability. Furthermore you are responsible for maintaining the synergie between all maintenance specialists. In this role you have a team of 60 people in total, of which 5 direct reports. As a maintenance manager it is important to guide and steer the engineers and moreover to keep the total team synergie in place. Close cooperation is necessary to successfully implement the TPM strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guiding, steering and coaching the team consisting of engineers.
- Communicating effectively where which problems in the production equipment are located and how these are to be solved.
- Continuous risk management by performing FMEA and FMECA studies on present equipment.
- Managing the team of engineers on equipment improvement tasks.
- Maintaining TPM standards and SOP's.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in a Lead Maintenance role or similar.
- Team player, able to guide, steer and coach a team.
- Strong communicator.
- Analytical and curious personality.
- Experience in other FMCG organisations.
- Experience in working in maintenance production environments.
