THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.
My client is a mid-sized pharmaceutical company located in the region of Brussels, Belgium.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In your role as Maintenance Engineer in this high-care pharmaceutical environment you are responsible for the overall maintenance of the production equipment in the plant. On a daily basis you will work with principles like FMEA and FMECA, RCA's but also OEE to solidify the production lines in the plant. Furthermore you will support the lead engineer and your other team members with preventive maintenance tasks, like setting up and maintaining maintenance plans and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working and cooperating closely together in a team of 7 other maintenance specialists.
- Setting up and maintaining operational standards by scheduling preventive maintenance activities.
- Using principles like OEE, FMEA & FMECA and RCA's to solidify the quality and output of the production lines.
- Reporting directly to the Lead Engineer.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be successful in this position it is of utmost importance that you have relevant working experience in a similar maintenance position (pharma environment not mandatory).
- Bachelor degree in Business Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant field of education.
- 4+ years of relevant working experience in similar maintenance position.
- Familiar with standards like ISO9001, OEE, RCA's, FMEA's and FMECA's.
- Strong communicative personality.
- Self starting eager to learn.
- Pro-active attitude.
- Familiar with GMP norms and working in high-care environments.
