Our client is a professional Chemicals and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company has approximately 5.000 employees and is a major player in the development and distribution of medicines all over the world.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Maintenance Engineer E&I, your main focus is to optimize the functioning and reliability of installations. You will do this according to SHE-regulations. Your aim is to continuously improve the maintenance-projects and reduce the maintenance-costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will perform risk-analysis regarding installation malfunctioning and will design a maintenance-plan based on your findings.
- In case installation malfunctioning, you’ll perform RCA.
- You will define maintenance goals regarding the reliability of installations and you will communicate this with the Maintenance Manager.
- On operational level, you are going to support engineers by giving instructions and training.
- You will work with the Computerized Maintenance Management System and analyze how improvements can be realized in the maintenance-plan.
- You are able to bring SHE-regulations regarding maintenance into practice.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Electronical Engineering or similar.
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer E&I.
- Knowledge about performing FMECA, RCA.
- Knowledge about SHE-regulations.
- VCA-VOL.
- Dutch and English communication (speaking/writing).
