Loyalty Program & Communication Manager

Our Client is a well-known international Retail firm with a strong presence in the biggest shopping malls and e-commerce sales channel. Currently, due to further development of the structure, we are looking for an experienced Loyalty Program Manager. The chosen candidate, working closely with the board, will be responsible for defining and executing of marketing programs and communication to build brand preference and create loyalty with customers and employees.

Description

  • Create customer journey mapping and develop customer segment communication strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention and loyalty,
  • Utilize marketing channels, point of sale, Card, customer mobile apps as mechanism to deliver customer touch points for building relationships and reducing customer churn,
  • Recommend required improvements and new solutions to utilize CRM and communication tools more effectively,
  • Outline customer analysis direction to answer key business questions,
  • Manage end to end Loyalty and the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) operations,
  • Close cooperation with the marketing teams and business leaders, to understand overall business objectives and translate these into actionable social media and PR growth strategies,
  • Proactive communication planning, councelling and advising senior executives in terms of communication within key company projects / initiatives,
  • Leading, motivating, coaching, feedback and appraisal of the subordinate employees.

Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in loyalty programs strategy including email marketing, segmentation, personalization and CRM strategy,
  • Solid understanding of multichannel (email, social, mobile) customer database marketing,
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, FMCG environment,
  • Strong background in customer acquisition, re-engagement and retention strategies,
  • People management experience is preferred,
  • Experience in an operations/analytical role, preferably obtained in a Sales & Marketing environment,
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of large cross-functional teams,
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, able to produce new ideas, approaches, or insights,
  • Very good English knowledge,
