Logistics Operations Leader - FMCG - Distribution Center
We are looking for a Logistics Operations Leader to distribution centres of global FMCG production company. Person on that position is responsible of providing leadership for delivering efficient and high quality service to distribution center customers.

Description
- Providing leadership for delivering efficient and high quality service to Distribution Center customers,
- Being Single Point of Contact for business partners. Enable effective communication within logistics operations, Supply
- Chain and Customer Service,
- Representing Distribution Center in front of company's customers. Take care of high service level and deliver customer's expectations,
- Taking responsibility of Distribution Center quality management. Leading the Global Quality Program and customer's quality Key Performance Indicators,
- Ensuring customer service results meet or exceed targets,
- Monitoring and timely delivery management,
- Maintaining and drive Key Performance Indicators,
- Taking part in LEAN projects,
- Preparing analyses and data supporting management decisions and daily Distribution Center operations,
- Close cooperation with demand planning and supply departments to provide optimal strategy for inventory levels and capacity planning,
Profile
- Master degree (logistics, economy or engineering),
- At least 3 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain,
- Experience in project and quality management,
- Practical knowledge of SAP,
- Fluent English (oral & written),
- LEAN / 5S knowledge and implementation practice would be additional advantage,
- Multidisciplinary thinking,
- Driving license,
