Our client is one of the largest manufacturer of components for automotive industry.
Currently we are looking for an experienced and talented person for Logistic Plant Manager position, responsible for managing the plant logistics in the most efficient way, trying to deliver the products on time to our customers as well as minimizing the internal costs and managing the logistics team.
Logistic Plant Manager will be responsible also for supervising and defining the logistic flow, managing the logistic costs and optimization projects in order to improve production process, supervising the logistics KPI and reporting to Plant Manager and participating in daily production control. More over Logistic Plant manager will be accountable also for defining budget of the supply chain area and cooperation with the other departments.
The ideal candidate should have higher education (University Degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics), at least 3 years of specific managerial experience, requires fluency in English, must be an excellent proven leader, analytical skills and good problem solver under high pressure situations, knowledge of planning techniques and stock management (MRP, JIT), flow management (VSM), Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of SAP system.
