Logistics Coordinator (m/f)
Currently, we are looking for a person that will be responsible for CEE countries and customers. Ability to bring energy and diligence to any task will be highly valuable. Our Client a FMCG supplier is a worldwide company with a headquarter in the Netherlands.
Description
- Execution of contracts starting from the time a contract is undersigned, which includes arranging of: pro forma invoices; extra testing; warehousing; transport; marking and packing; documentation; results agreement; invoicing; claim formalities if necessary
- Acquaintance of current regulations (referring to activities mentioned above)
- Collecting of proofs of deliveries for tax purpose
- Arranging of samples
- Collecting results of testing and quality certificates for Q dep. and customers purpose
- Providing trade dep. with info about documents' requirements, current freight rates and testing necessary for concluding of a new contract
- Providing trade and financial dep. with information about stocks situation
- Training of new employees of logistics with regard to the above matters
Profile
- Experience with logistics/export/international trade/customer service will be a plus
- Very good command of English (ideally plus Russian)
- Out of the box thinking
- Willingness to learn
- Strong motivational skills in order to develop and maintain a positive work environment
- Experience with the importation of goods will allow to succeed in this role
