Logistics Agent with Italian
Miejsce pracy: GdańskResponsibilities:
- organization of products transport from factory to Customers
- handling orders in SAP system
- responsible for deliveries, freight cost planning and custom clearance
- managing of all documentation to be correct and available in time for transport
- control of delivery dates, supporting freight invoice handling
- cooperation with internal departments of the company e.g.: sales, finance and accounting or customer service
Requirements:
- fluent command of Italian and English required
- at least 1 year of experience in logistics and knowledge of supply chain processes
- good knowledge of MS Office tools
- customer orientated, problem solving skills
- basic knowledge of SAP is an asset
- logistics education background is an asset
