For our Client- international company located in Katowice supporting logistics processes, we are currently looking for Candidates with very good command of English to work as Logistic Claims Specialist in Order to Cash department.
Person on this position will be responsible for the operational tasks related to validating the orders in the system, pricing/logistic claims analysis,solving issues and making decision based on the best knowledge of the processes,
preventing repetitive issues and reducing claims resolution time.
To be successful on this position you need to have fluent English and good computer skills- MS Office (focus on Excel) and good knowledge of SAP program. Others requirements include very good communication skills and ability to work under time pressure. Experience in Customer Service will be an asset.
