On behalf of our Client, a global SSC to be established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of Logistic Agent with English.
Your new role
Holding the position of Logistic Agentyou will be expected to reply to customer inquiries within agreed time frame, create quotes to customer, identify components accurately by using company`s database, update the system according to latest information, cooperate with technical CC/support team when needed, assist purchasing with technical questions from suppliers, control sales price based on internal pricing tools, regular follow up and report on open quotations with significant value in your area of responsibility, regular branch follow up on open quotations and on order packed/not delivered with the branches
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with commercial / technical Bachelor degree and minimum 2 years (min. 5 years for senior position) of experience in the similar role, ideally within ocean engineering, automotive mechanic, industrial engineer or steel technician sectors. To succeed in this role you will need to be team-oriented and have excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Additionally, we require fluent command of English. Experience using EPR systems, such as SAP will be a valuable asset.
