This family owned company has a strong international presence and with multiple production locations employs over 1500 people.

Role Description

As Local QA Manager you'll have to ensure the production facility in your care has the best Quality performance. You'll manage the entire Quality program and are able to give unsolicited advise in a way that the advise effectively implemented.

Responsibilities

- Training your colleague's in all thinks QA related.
- Prepare, conduct and accompany both internal and external audits.
- Ensure product specifications and labels are up to date.

Requirements

- At least a BSc in Food Technology, Food Safety or equivalent field of study
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
- Capable of inspiring colleagues to internalize continuous improvement tools
- Fluency in Dutch and English, additional language skills are a bonus.
