On behalf of our Client, an international Real Estate company operating in Warsaw, we are currently looking for an ambitious candidate to join their Lease Operations team. A successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Real Estate database for the Clients, translating lease agreements and managing specified information related to Clients’ property portfolio. By keeping all Company’s procedures and regulations, Candidate’s aim is to provide the most effective and professional service to supported Clients.
To work effectively on this position, you should have at least one year of professional experiencegained on analytical positions within financial or Real Estate market. Preferred candidate is also fluent in EnglishAND has a very good command at least one language from Nordic group(Swedish, Norwegian, Danish etc.). Additional language skills will be seen as a strong plus. Business awareness of Legal or Real Estate issues will be seen a strong asset.
