Opis stanowiska
Our client, international company specializing in real estate services and investment management is looking for Candidates for the position of Lease Analyst.
You will be responsible for abstracting leases, managing lease database system for the clients implementing best practice procedures, dealing with the lease related queries, liaising with the clients and real estate teams to progress and resolve issues, maintaining and analyzing lease files and preparing reports.
Required skills:
- Fluency in English and Romanian/Hungarian/German/Czech/Slovak/Russian/Dutch/ Scandinavian and other EMEA languages – preferably knowledge of four languages
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to think and work independently and as a part of a team
- Very good computer skills - particularly excel
- Experience in real estate, financial and shared services centers or administration work is desirable
