On behalf of our Client, an international law company based in Warsaw, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of Learning and Development Administration Specialist.
Your responsibilities will include:
working with business partners and subject matter experts to manage and maintain learning course curriculum information, training and schedules, course crediting and other data related to the learning management system. Moreover, you will also be responsible for reviewing and managing training course assignments for employees and you will take part in the implementation of the new learning management system.
We are looking for a Candidate with:
minimum 1 year of experience in HR/ Learning&Development administration area, gained preferably in international environment. Fluent English is a must. Experience with HR IT solutions including PeopleSoft will be a strong asset.
