For our Client, one of the world’s leading brand on the Polish and European market of business consulting, strategy and training, is looking for a talented and inspirational Learning and Development Manager to design and deliver motivational, innovative training for their support functions.
The key responsibilities include developing a Learning and Development strategies to support the business strategy, designing, delivering and evaluating technical and soft skills training of a company team to ensure they can provide the highest possible levels of client service. As a Learning and Development Manager you will be also responsible for conducting learning needs analysis and develop learning and development plans, motivating employees, create employee evaluation, prepare competence model and manage talent.
Professional requirements include a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, psychology or related subject area and prior experience in the field (consulting, training, creating and documenting training course materials -at least 4 years of experience), a deep knowledge of MS Office and fluent English. The potential candidate needs to demonstrate superior oral and written communication skills, must have superb interpersonal and development competences, be ability to multi-task, have a good organizations of work.
