One of the world’s leading system suppliers of carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food who established a Global Business Services centre in Cluj-Napoca is building the team in Romania and seeking for a LEAN Manager for Technical Service / Maintenance Division to ensure that more than 350 service technicians worldwide work in the most efficient way and in safe manner and that service standards are set, trained and known in the company.
Importance and aim of the job:
In this position, you will drive the further improvement of the quality of the technical service execution by adapting and improving existing processes and establish missing ones to fulfil increasing customer requirements. You will also be responsible for organising & conducting audits, identifying deviations from target state, agree on action plans and follow up of implementation to increase overall performance and quality of technical service organisations.

Frequent travelling will be required.
Advanced level of English is mandatory. Other language speaking skills are a plus.

- Further improve technical service execution by setting new, higher internal standards and establish underlying process landscape to fulfil those;
- Use lean principles to ensure fast and efficient processes and a proper technical service execution;
- Ensure that the right technical service standards are set on a high quality level;
- Align different clusters on one strategy and communicate it to the whole organisation;
- Initiate the implementation of defined improvement projects to ensure proper technical service execution.
Must-have competencies:
- Technical Studies and/or longtime experience in the area of technical service / maintenance;
- Relevant leadership experience in the technical service execution in manufacturing industry.
Frequent travelling will be required.
