On behalf of our Client, a newly established SSC in Tricity, we are currently recruiting LEAN Implementation Manager (Accounting processes).
Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and finally facilitating an effective Continuous Improvement program in the Hub & Spokes operations. You will be in charge of driving continuous improvement projects, initiatives and culture through applying successfully LEAN methodology in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance process operations efficiency, effectiveness and compliance. You will leverage on LEAN tools and techniques like Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen, customise them wherever necessary for GBS Hub & Spokes purposes when creating a fit-for-purpose toolkit. You will work with Hub & Spokes management and staff to execute introduction of CI program into process operations, support Hub & Spokes management in embedding and driving CI culture into the organisation. Moreover, you will be responsible for supporting process standardisation and together with operations management ensuring successful improvements are rolled out across operations as applicable.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal role holder possesses around 5 - 8 years of experience on Senior Level roles within the SSC sector. Moreover, excellent English language skills as well as a Master Degree are essential. Furthermore, proven experience in building and implementing continuous improvement programs in shared services environment, excellent training and project management skills are required. Furthermore, expertise in LEAN methodology, tools and technique is vital - Six Sigma black or green belt or equivalent will be an asset.
