THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Chemicals and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Switzerland.
The company specialized in the production of API's located in the German speaking part of Switzerland.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be leading a team of process engineers in charge of redesigning and optimilizing the current production and filling facility in a higly regulated (GMP) environment. Furhtermore, you will be working closely with the current production and operations team, ensuring a continuation of current production.
In addition, you will be providing support to the Engineering & Mainanance Departmant regarding process engineering.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall completion of redesign project
Continuation of current production
Manage the project within the assigned budget and timeframe
Overall compliance with GMP and HSE requirements
Compliance with industry documentation guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in process engineering
Proven track record of project/process management
4-8 years of experience within the (fine) chemical or pharmaceutical industry
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in German + another language
