For our client, international IT company expanding its structures in Katowice, we are currently looking for an experienced recruiter to manage end to end recruitment processes.
Working on this position your responsibilities will include: lead end to end recruitment processes including working with managers and provide consultancy during the recruitment cycle; post open positions in different media channels including social media; conduct phone, face to face and reference interviews and provide detailed interview summary; manage ongoing communication with candidates; develop sourcing channels and recruitment sources.
To be successful on this position you need to have at least 2-3 years of experience with recruiting for IT rolesand experience in direct sourcing. Good knowledge of English and Polish (min. B2) is required.Ideal candidate for this position should be dedicated, persistent and able to work independently.
