ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will have an important role regarding the development of engineers that take part of maintenance team. You will give instructions and provide coaching to the team and safeguard work quality and safety.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be in charge of a multidisciplinary engineering team and coordinate the maintenance operations.
- Your goal is to assure that maintenance executions are accomplished within the budget and time limit in accordance with the maintenance plan.
- You’ll coordinate work regarding preventive and corrective maintenance.
- You will provide documentation regarding work execution/progress and report to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- You’ll participate in meetings and give advice regarding short term and long term maintenance actions.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc Mechanical Engineering
- 6 years of experience as Mechanical Engineer in the chemical industry
- Knowledge about SAP modules
- Dutch and English communication (speaking/writing)
