My client is an international, well-known company offering a team lead position with good prospects
ROLE DESCRIPTION
My client is looking for someone with vast experience in breeding flowers to lead the specific team concerned.
In this capacity the person must also implement long-term business plans in the R&D project.
With a fresh set of eyes the person will hopefully also contribute pro-actively in the improvement of current processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with multiple departments throughout the company to strategize;
- Guiding the team to improve output;
- Mentoring.
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 5 years of experience in breeding of flowers;
- Proven leadership skills;
- MSc and PhD in breeding or comparable subjects.
