For our Client - worldwide producer and supplier of laboratory instruments based in Warsaw– we are looking for:

Laboratory support – Call Centre Leader

Perfect candidatewill be a leader of a team of 7-10 people and will cover the customer support in Western Europe for pH/ion/conductivity measurements. The chosen candidate will be supervising work a team who provide technical support for distributors and end users in all technical aspects – applications, documentations and product information for laboratory equipment (pH, ion concentration, conductivity, dissolved oxygen).

Other activities will include:
- Build-up of a business department in cooperation with headquarters
- Providing technical and applicative support for employees and clients
- Supporting and preparing documentation and resolving issues in database
- Creating and maintaining support tools
- Administrating of instrument/sensor returns in cooperation with headquarters

We are looking for candidates with university degree in chemistry, biology or similar, experienced in working with procedures in laboratory and with instruments for chemical analysis (i.e. pH measurement). Perfect candidate mustspeak perfect in English and have leadership character.

Our Client offerslong term or part time contract (depending on candidate), attractive remuneration package and trainings in headquarters.
