For our Client - worldwide producer and supplier of laboratory instruments based in Warsaw – we are looking for Laboratory support - Customer Service Agent
Perfect candidate will work in a team of 7-10 people and will cover the customer support in Western Europe for pH/ion/conductivity measurements. The chosen candidates will be providing technical support for distributors and end users in all technical aspects – applications, documentations and product information for laboratory equipment.
Other activities will include: Being point of contact for end-customers and distributors in Western Europe for electrochemical measurements (pH, ion concentration, conductivity, dissolved oxygen). Providing technical and applicative support. Supporting and preparing documentation and resolving issues in database. Creating and maintaining support tools. Administrating of instrument/sensor returns in cooperation with headquarters
We are looking for candidates with university degree in chemistry, biology or similar, experienced in working with procedures in laboratory and with instruments for chemical analysis (i.e. pH measurement). Perfect candidate mustspeak in one of following languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish. Knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
Our Client offers long term or part time contract (depending on candidate), attractive remuneration package and trainings in headquarters.
