On behalf of our Client, an international company located in Tricity, we are currently seeking for candidates for the position of KYC/AML Subject Matter Expert.
Your new role
Holding the position of KYC/AML Subject Matter Expert you will provide AML/KYC guidance to clients, analyze the end-to-end process for KYC and conduct a regular gap analysis as well as Identify opportunities for shared functionality and automated solutions across the KYC process. As part of the Quality Team you duties will include review Operations team performance against the Policy, operating procedures, quality targets and metrics. You will Identify, record and report on poor quality records, failures and process inefficiencies and discuss improvement needs with the Quality Control Lead. The KYC/AML Subject Matter Expert have to understand and adopt project management principles to deliver detailed Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this recruitment process you need 3-5 years of experience in KYC/AML area - ideally gained from working in a similar role. Fluent in English speaking and writing is a must. Moreover the ideal Candidate should possess good MS Office skills and an ability to analyze detailed data. Relevant experience in a project/business analyst role is essential. You will have to demonstrate good problem-solving skills, well-developed face to face and written communication skills and good relationship building skills.
