On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BSC company in Gdynia, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of KYC/AML Team Leader.
Your new role
Working as KYC/AML Team Leader you will lead a Team of Analysts and manage Team performance against Team members’ personal and Team objectives. Also, you will seek out any recurring themes that are impacting Team or individual performance. You will be responsible for managing relationships with all the stakeholders. What is more, you will assist Team members with more difficult and complex research challenges, as well as, provide short- and long-term solutions in line with business goals.
What you'll need to succeed
You have to be able to work fluently in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills You will need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Also, for this position required are team leadership and performance management skills, along with training needs analysis. Moreover, you should have a sound understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) as well as Anti - Money Laundry (AML).
