On behalf of our Client, internationally recognized BSC Company in Gdynia, we are currently looking for Candidates, who will hold the position of KYC/AML Subject Matter Experts.
Your new role
The KYC/AML Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for being a SPOC and ‘go to’ person for all policy interpretation and best-practise methodologies across all operations locations, providing AML/KYC guidance to clients, to Account Manager/Client Liaison and become an expert on all client’s specific requirements (policy application, workarounds, waivers etc), action any complaints, reviewing client specific procedures and training materials, analysing the end-to-end process for KYC and understand how to improve the first time pass at Quality Control, a key metric for all stakeholders, working with the policy team to ensure that key stakeholders are engaged as part of the AML / KYC process, identifying opportunities for shared functionality and automated solutions across the KYC process
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role will needs overall relevant experience in a KYC/AML related role (2-5 years), experience dealing with multiple stakeholders globally and locally, good understanding and experience of investment banking and products, proven track record of relationship and stakeholder management at a senior level, knowledge of relevant KYC/AML/CTF regulations, excellent communication skills across all levels, a positive attitude and a demeanour consummate with getting things done in a highly dynamic environment, good Excel/ PowerPoint/ Visio skills and an ability to analyse detailed data and present root cause analysis concise conclusions to a senior audience, good problem-solving skills.
