For our Client, an international company with its Business Centre located in Cracow we are looking for experienced Manager who will take responsibility of leading the Fraud Prevention/AML department.
Within this position you will be responsible for Fraud Prevention Management, Dispute Management, Financial Services and Collections and Clearing Activities. You will manage a team of 160-200 members and cooperate closely with US stakeholders. Your duties will also include maintain and execute internal control process, process improvement activities, delivering performance and preparing annual operating plan. Moreover you will play a key role in GBS center Customer Finance strategy formulation, organization design and prioritization of all related initiatives and decisions.
We are looking for experienced manager of the team over 100 team members in SSC sector with deep understanding of Fraud Operations and experience in cooperation with US market and stakeholders. We are looking for an expert with strong communication as well as leadership skills, with relationship and business partnering skills who is able to take initiative and make independent decisions.
