Our client, a multinational company from Lodz, is urgently seeking a Team Leaderto its F&A Department.

The successful candidate will be managing the performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met. His/her duties will also include ensuring implementation of migration measures, handling client communication and escalations as well as providing operational support to team members.


The successful candidate hasprevious professional experience on Team Leader position, gained preferably infinance/accounting department.Very good English language skills are a must. Knowledge of additional foreign languages and experience in BPO/SSC area would be an asset. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
